Zensho Holdings Co., Ltd. and its group companies (hereinafter referred to as the "Zensho Group") will comply with all laws and regulations in accordance with the "Zensho Group Charter," which is shared by all members of the Group, and will consider its business partners as equal partners with whom it will grow together, treating each company with equal opportunity and conducting business fairly and equitably.

Thoughts on gift-giving and hospitality

At Zensho Group, in order to build equal relationships with our business partners, we strictly enforce a policy of not accepting gifts or entertainment from all employees as a general rule.

If an employee needs to dine with a business partner for a special reason, they must obtain prior approval from their supervisor. The cost of the meal will be split equally between the parties involved.
Our company and individual policies are not to accept gifts such as mid-year and year-end presents. Therefore, please understand that if you receive any gifts, we may return them to you with a thank-you note from Zensho Group.
