Employee Introduction

Tokiya Takagi

Tokiya Takagi
(Joined the company in April 2021)

The reason I decided to take this job is that I've always wanted to earn my own money so I could make things easier for my parents, and I thought that a job that involves physical activity would suit me better than a desk job. After joining the company, there was a lot of work, and it was difficult at first, but my superiors and the other employees taught me a lot, so now I can do it properly, and most importantly, I learned the importance of working together with my colleagues to get the job done.

What I'm most confident in right now is handling everything from preparing the bento boxes to handing them directly to customers. Recently, I've also been entrusted with tasks such as maintaining kitchen equipment, ordering supplies, and managing inventory for the store. I want to gain even more experience and become someone that my seniors, colleagues, juniors, and store employees can rely on.

Atsuro Nakada

Atsuro Nakada
(Joined the company in April 2021)

I did several internships and decided to join the company because I found cleaning work rewarding. Since joining the company, I've been particular about my work, making sure that mirrors and toilets shine when cleaning restrooms, and that no water droplets are left behind when cleaning signs. I also handle dishwashing during the busy lunch hours, and it's challenging because dishes come back one after another when it's busy, and I have to work carefully to avoid breaking any.

My current challenge is to calmly and carefully serve each customer, even during busy times, as I'm currently taking on the task of selling lunch boxes (customer service). In the future, I'd like to try my hand at cooking as well, and become an employee that everyone can rely on.

Message from the President

Zensho Store Support is a special subsidiary established in April 2020 by Zensho Holdings to further develop employment opportunities for people with disabilities, following Zensho Business Service (the first special subsidiary) which was established in 2013.
Our company aims to enable people with disabilities to acquire not only work skills but also professional skills and pride as members of society by having them directly participate in store operations such as customer service, cooking, and cleaning at Zensho Group restaurants. We also aim to contribute to the promotion of normalization and the realization of diversity in society as a whole.
