We would like to inform you that, regarding the issuance of new shares through a third-party allocation, which was decided upon by a resolution of the Board of Directors on November 24, 2023, simultaneously with the public offering of new shares and the sale of our shares (over-allotment sale), we have received notification from Nomura Securities Co., Ltd., the allocation recipient, that they will be applying for a portion of the planned number of shares to be issued.
