Notice Regarding Partial Amendments to the Articles of Incorporation and Registration of the Issuance of the First Series of Bond-Type Preferred Shares

Zensho Holdings Co., Ltd. hereby announces that, at a meeting of its Board of Directors held today, it resolved to submit amendments to its Articles of Incorporation to the 43rd Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders and the Class Shareholders Meeting, which will consist of our common shareholders, scheduled to be held on June 27, 2025, and has submitted the registration statement for the first issue of bond-type preferred shares.
