Zensho Holdings Co., Ltd. disclosed its "Consolidated Financial Results for the First Quarter of the Fiscal Year Ending March 2026 [Japanese Standards]" on August 8, 2025. We would like to inform you that the interim review of the quarterly consolidated financial statements by certified public accountants has been completed. This interim review was conducted in connection with the issuance of the first series of preferred shares in the form of corporate bonds, which was decided by a resolution of the Board of Directors dated August 18, 2025. With regard to this issuance, today, the Representative Director, who was delegated authority based on the said resolution of the Board of Directors, has determined the annual dividend rate for the preferred dividend of the first series of preferred shares in the form of corporate bonds and has set the issuance conditions.
Please note that there are no changes to the consolidated quarterly financial statements announced on August 8, 2025.
