In accordance with the dividend resolution of our consolidated subsidiary, Hama-Sushi Co., Ltd., we received a dividend of 20,000 million yen on March 31, 2026.
In connection with this matter, we plan to record dividend income of 20,000 million yen as non-operating income in our individual financial statements for the fiscal year ending March 2026.
Furthermore, since this will be offset and eliminated in the consolidated financial statements, it will have no impact on consolidated results for the fiscal year ending March 2026.
