Shareholder Discount Coupons
As a token of our gratitude for your continued support, we are sending a "Shareholder Dining Discount Voucher (500 yen voucher)" that can be used at our group companies to shareholders who own 100 shares or more of our stock.
Checking the usage status of shareholder benefit coupons
Issuance Criteria
Shareholders listed in the shareholder register at the end of March (distributed in June) and the end of September (distributed in December) will receive gifts according to the number of shares they own, as follows: (Twice a year)
Notice Regarding the Distribution of Shareholder Benefit Coupons
Starting with the shareholder benefits for shareholders as of the end of March 2026 (shareholder benefit coupons to be sent in June 2026), we will be changing the delivery method.

Notes on use
- The QR code printed on the shareholder benefit coupon cannot be used on subsequent visits once it has been scanned at the time of payment at the store.
- Starting July 1, 2021 (Thursday), payments made using shareholder discount coupons will no longer be eligible for point accrual.

About the substitute product system
If you return your discount voucher with an expiration date of December 31, 2026, within the specified period, you can exchange it for one set of any kind for every 3,000 yen worth of vouchers you have returned.

① Replacement product application form: Use the form specified by our company.

(2) Application Procedure
① Please fill in the required information and the desired product number on the designated replacement application form.
② Place the discount coupons for the desired number of sets into an envelope and mail it to the following address.

Zensho Holdings operates the "Zensho Supporters Club" as a platform for two-way communication connecting shareholders with Zensho Group.
Membership Eligibility
Individuals who own shares in Zensho Holdings.
(If you cease to be a shareholder after joining, your membership will expire even if it is still within your membership period.)

How to Join
Those who return the "Membership Application Postcard" enclosed with the discount coupon sent in June and December will receive a membership guide and a payment form for the membership fee and annual dues.
