In order to ensure food safety that conforms to the internationally recognized standards of the “Codex Alimentarius,” the Group Food Safety Assurance Division conducts employee training and voluntary inspections and audits in all processes from the procurement of raw materials to provision at retail locations.
The “Healthy Eating Research Lab” was created based on our commitment to “helping you enjoy delicious foods while maintaining dishes your dietary goals.” Here, we research the effects and nutritional values of food and apply our findings in developing new dishes.
We have designed our own program called the “Zensho Safe-feed Cattle (SFC)” as an accreditation system based on thorough hazard analytics to guarantee the safety of the beef we procure, and will continue to conduct vigorous farm audits and feed inspections.
