The Zensho Group Charter, which serves as the Zensho Group's code of conduct, states that "Our business partners are equal partners. We strive to grow together." We aim for our business partners to share Zensho Group's management philosophy of "taking responsibility for the stability and development of human society through food and eradicating hunger and poverty from the world," and to grow and prosper together through friendly competition as we work towards achieving this goal.
At Zensho Group, we consider our business partners to be equal partners, and we aim to build relationships in which we can work together to realize our management philosophy of "taking responsibility for the stability and development of human society through food and eradicating hunger and poverty from the world," thereby growing and prospering together.
Services that utilize the potential of drone technology are being developed for use in weeding and pesticide spraying, some of the most demanding aspects of the rice production process. On top of this, we also sell high-quality OEM fertilizers as we endeavor to maintain our relationships as a “good partner” for growers.
We conduct tours in which representatives from our community of growers, rice wholesalers, and retail stores visit each site and personally experience our process in order to spread understanding of the direct line from production to consumption. Through this experience, each attendee is able to reaffirm their own role in our ecosystem while enhancing their “consciousness of the importance of rice.”
At Zensho, we consider the owners of our leased retail locations and sites to be our partners in management. We make efforts such as requesting their opinions on the state of their properties as we aim to work together in providing the community’s most popular destinations, and are working to develop stores that can contribute to the local area in a permanent fashion.
