Generalists change their job title and responsibilities when they pass a promotion exam held every three months.

Training (education) includes Off-the-Job Training (Off-JT) and On-the-Job Training (OJT).
Off-the-job training (Off-JT) involves internal training tailored to specific job roles and tasks, as well as external seminars led by instructors, to help employees acquire the skills and knowledge necessary for the job. On-the-job training (OJT) involves developing necessary skills, abilities, knowledge, attitudes, and values through actual work experience.

These include training programs devised by the company's education and human resource development department, as well as programs created by external training institutions.
■ Internal training... Some training sessions are held every three months in conjunction with the "qualification exam," and include topics such as leadership training, communication training, and financial management training.
■ External seminars... These include participation in chain store theory training programs and lectures given by external instructors.
[OJT (On The Job Training)]
A supervisor who acts as a trainer will provide training to their subordinates on operations, store knowledge, and training methods.
We also provide on-the-job training using actual equipment to teach communication methods, leadership skills, and numerical management.
In regularly held regional meetings, you will analyze the actual store conditions and figures together with your supervisor and senior colleagues, and learn problem-solving approaches.
