For our group to realize this philosophy and mission, achieving sustainable growth and increasing its corporate value over the medium to long term is necessary. We believe that governance is the foundation for transparent, fair, prompt, and decisive decision-making and is indispensable to achieving this goal.

Basic Policy on Corporate Governance

The Company submitted a Corporate Governance Report to the Tokyo Stock Exchange on June 27, 2025, which describes the matters required to be disclosed under the Corporate Governance Code.
