There are approximately 200,000 employees at Zensho working all around the world. We are dedicated to building an organization that provides each and every one of those employees with a high level of work and life satisfaction.
At Zensho, in accordance with the concept that human resources are “human assets,” that is, “capital” that generate added value, we are committed to creating a workplace environment and establishing an educational system that strives to facilitate the active participation of diverse human resources by leveraging their own respective characteristics.
As a global corporation based in Japan, we believe it is important to first focus on deepening understanding of Japanese culture, and provide cultural training for employees in Japan and overseas to this end.
In 2021, Zensho was certified as a “DX-certified Operator” in accordance with the DX Certification initiative administered by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI). We will continue to promote the streamlining and automation of operations through actively adopting projects for DX.
We endeavor to create a workplace environment in which female employees can play an even more active role through initiatives such as establishing the “KIRARA Maternity Leave Support” to provide consultation and support regarding work duties during pregnancy and after returning from childcare leave.
Zensho is dedicated to setting up childcare facilities at the offices of the Group. In creating environments where employees can safely leave their children under proper care, we support the working people of the world through childcare so that more employees can play an active role in their lives as they continue working.
JinZai Co., Ltd. was established as a resource to consistently introduce foreign human resources recognized as “Specified Skills Workers” and provide everyday-life support afterwards as we strive to realize a multicultural society.
In 2012, we established the Zensho Group’s first special subsidiary to provide career opportunities for people with disabilities, regarding this direction as an important corporate social responsibility. We currently operate a total of two companies that serve to support the independence and social participation of people with disabilities.
