Zensho Holdings Co., Ltd. hereby announces that the Representative Director today determined the Annual Dividend Rate of the Preferred Dividend to Series 1 Bond-Type Class Shares and certain other matters in connection with the issuance of the Series 1 Bond-Type Class Shares that was determined by the resolution of the Board of Directors as of August 18, 2025 pursuant to the delegation by the resolution thereat.
